Dog Eaten On Live Radio As Protest

Ok, this story just makes me sick and I can't really find the reasoning behind it.  It just doesn't make a whole lot of sense other than being a rather shocking way to get attention to a cause.

An artist has eaten a corgi dog during a live radio show to protest Prince Phillip's alleged torture of a fox.

The dog who was eaten had died at the breeding farm, so the artist didn't kill it.  It was cooked with apple and onion and the guy who ate it says it tasted "really, really, really disgusting".

Mark McGowan is the dog eater.  Usually a vegetarian, he decided to eat the queen's favorite breed during the radio broadcast to raise awareness about something he says Prince Phillip did to a fox earlier this year.  He says the fox was shot, then allwoed to struggle and suffer for five minutes and then beaten to death with a stick.

The RSPCA said it had investigated the alleged incident involving Philip and the fox at the Queen's Sandringham estate in January and "found no evidence that an offence of causing unnecessary suffering had taken place".
