Lilo is Finally Legal

Today was Lindsay Lohan's 21st birthday.  The rehabbing celebutard took a break from Promises rehab today to celebrate her birthday with her mom and sister. 

So Lindsay is finally legal to drink!  Did it ever matter anyway?  Ummm… wasn't she already drunk most of the time anyway?  What's the law have to do with it.

Note to Lilo:  Just because you can buy alcohol now doesn't mean you can drink and drive.  No Lindsay, DUI is never legal.. and neither is possession of cocaine… even if it is just a "usable amount".
