Woman Chases Kids Samurai Style
Oh No You Didn't!
In Eagle, Colorado a woman was arrested for allegedly chasing kids around an apartment building complex, threatening them and using racial intimidation.
The children were Hispanic kids and ranged in age from 9 to 15 years old. Amanda Jane Darling Harris allegedly chased them around with an 18 inch samurai sword, calling them "illegal spics." She also yelled at them, reportedly saying, "If you're scared, then you're guilty."
On of the children said that she grabbed him and held the sword to his throat and told him that he "needed to stop causing her problems." Hmmm.. seems like this woman has many more problems than these kids could have possibly caused.
One little girl said that Harris grabbed her and threatened to cut off her ponytail. She also allegedly called the children "little fucking wetbacks." What a charmer!
The incident was investigated and Harris was arrested on September 20th on suspicion of menacing, use of a deadly weapon, misdemeanor third degree assault with a weapon, racial intimidation and harassment. She was put in jail until she posted $3,500 bond this week.
Judge Says No More Kids
A Pennsylvania family court judge ordered a couple not to have any more children because they re homeless and addicted to drugs. On Friday, a state appeals court said that the judge overstepped her boundaries and reversed the ruling.
Stephanie Pendleton and Rodney Evers were ordered in 2004 by Judge Marilyn O'Connor not to have any more children until they could get back their four children who were already in foster care. Three of the kids had tested positive for cocaine at birth.
Pendleton, who is now 38, appealed Judge O'Connor's ruling. The appellate panel of the state Supreme Court agreed with Pendleton that the judge had no business telling her she couldn't have more kids.
The four other kids? They're still in other homes. The Supreme Court did not change the ruling that the kids were neglected and that the parents' parental rights should be taken from them.
So now Pendleton can go out and have more kids for the state to take care of for her worthless ass.

Chester Sought In Child Molestation Tape Case
The only mildly amusing thing about this is that the "person of interest" that the police want to put his nuts in a vice talk to about this child porn tape supposedly found in the desert is that his name actually is Chester.
I was watching Nancy Grace last night with my mom and I had to have her turn it off because the whole show was about this case and it honestly was making me ill.
Here's the short version. This guy, Darren Tuck, says he found a tape in the desert while out riding his dirt bike. He went home and watched it and realized that it was a tape of a 4 to 5 year old little girl being sexually abused. He kept the tape for 5 months and reportedly showed it to other people before turning it over to police. He was arrested for promoting child pornography and being in possession of child pornography. He was later released without bail.
Police are seeking Chester Arthur Stiles, a fugitive, in connection with the tape. If I am not mistaken, he may be the man seen on the tape sexually assaulting the child. He is wanted on unrealted warrants on charges of sexual assault and lewdness with a minor under the age of 14.

The Next Time You Plan A Robbery…
In DesMoines a couple of stupid criminals decided to break into a tobacco and liquor store through the roof of the building. I guess most alarm systems operate at ground level so they thought they would avoid being caught by coming in through the roof. These idiots got on top of the building, didn't think about the overhang, and proceeded to cut a hole that would lead them right down to the sidewalk in front of the building.
These criminal masterminds also tried to cut a hole closer to the center of the building, but found it too difficult.
A woman who was walking her dog saw the guys on top of the roof and told them to get down or she would call the cops. Then genius and assistant genius jumped down, right in front of the security camera and one of them even looked right into the camera.
You can tell they thought this through really well. I only wish all criminals were so ridiculously stupid. One of the guys even told the police, "you don't spend your days chasing geniuses, do you?"

Man Slices His Throat In Department Store
In a Woolworths store in Penzance, Cornwall a young man decided it would be a good time to die. So he did, while making a bloody and horrific mess of the store.
The 23 year old man had been outside the store, pacing up and down the sidewalk and threatening people. Then he entered the store and went back to the hardware section. He got a Stanley knife and began swinging it around at customers in the store.
The staff at the store got the families who were shopping out of the store and called 999, the British version of 911. They tried to talk him down but there was no reasoning with him.
He slashed at his own neck with the knife and cut a major artery. He quickly bled to death while the horrified workers at the store watched…or probably tried not to watch.
The news story I read had a comment by some genius that said they believed the man had mental problems. Hmmmm…. y'think?

Update: At the inquest it was determined that he did not threaten other people as the original news story indicated. He was undergoing treatment and his medication had recently been changed. My condolances to his family and friends.
