It's good, Truthie that you are blogging about Mr. Davis' plight.

People need to keep uppermost in their minds that since Mr. DavisÂ’ 1991 conviction, seven of the nine witnesses against him have recanted their testimony and no physical evidence has been presented that links Mr. Davis to the killing.

A handful of witnesses have stepped forward to claim that another man has confessed to the crime. This Â“other man,Â” according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, is one of the two remaining trial witnesses who, not surprisingly, still claims that Davis shot the officer.

We need to keep signing the petitions, e-mailing our government officials, holding protests, blogging and doing whatever we can to help Mr. Davis.
