this was actually doctored by someone working at the Office of Nat’l Drug Control Policy, who later apologized.
people will believe anything, and are idiots.
I don’t find it too funny! This is definitely not something to laugh at, i find it quite depressing actually. I am sure some of these pics are not real and had been exaggerated, but this is a clear hint regarding methamphetamine and the way it could harm you. In my opinion such people should be encouraged to attend a residential drug rehab , without making fun of them.
If you do a search for meth users before and after, you’ll find tons of similar examples, many of which don’t look doctored at all. Besides the exaggerated sunken in cheekbones, this is pretty accurate.
