Anna Nicole Will Officially Filed
Today Howard K. Stern officially filed Anna Nicole Smith's will in the Bahamas. It lists Anna's personal property as being valued at $10,000 and her real propery at $1.8 million but with a $1.1 million mortgage. Come on… don't tell me she didn't have more than $10,000 worth of clothes and jewels and other personal belongings!
Interestingly enough Howard K has waived any right to compensation as executor of the will. Larry Birkhead has filed a petition to be the guardian of the baby's estate. Larry is not trying to get a piece of the estate in any personal capacity. Seems like there is little to get anyway!
Birkhead and daughter leave Bahamas
Today Larry Birkhead and his daughter left the Bahamas on a chartered plane. They are said to have gone to Louisville, Kentucky.
Yesterday Larry Birkhead obtained a passport for the baby and the court had already cleared his exit from the Bahamas.

Virgie Gets Slapped Down
Just as I hoped the court slapped down Virgie Arthur's last ditch appeal to keep Larry Birkhead and his daughter in the Bahamas. The judge took a moment to say how ridiculous her appeal was and ordered her to pay $3,000 in attorney's fees for being a jackass. Hopefully now she will go home to Texas and crawl under a rock.
Larry got a new birth certificate for the baby today too. Her name is now officially Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead. Finally. Now he can take her home to the U.S. and start adjusting to life as a single dad. Good luck Larry!
Birkhead Blocked By Big Mama
Larry Birkhead was all set to take his daughter home with him from the Bahamas. He had a court oder allowing him to do so. Then Big Mama (Virgie Arthur) stepped in AGAIN. Geeze.. would this woman just crawl back under her rock?
So Virgie filed an appeal to keep Larry from taking Dannielynn out of the Bahamas. Wasn't she the one who wanted Anna Nicole buried in the US? Doesn't she actually reside in the US? What is her freaking problem? And also, why are the courts in the Bahamas putting up with her ridiculous crap?
TMZ says there's a hearing on the matter tomorrow. I hope Big Mama gets slapped down.

Anna Nicole Smith's baby daddy, Larry Birkhead, and big mama, Virgie Arthur, are going to sit down without lawyers or media and try to decide what's best for the baby. If only everyone would have been so sensible when it was time to bury Anna Nicole!
For once Howard K. Stern is staying out of it, or so it seems. And also it looks like he might be doing the right thing by finally letting Larry establish a relationship with the baby so that the custody transition will go smoothly for little Dannielynn.
Did someone finally inject some sanity into this situation? We'll see.

TMZ just reported that Larry emerged from the courthouse saying "I told you so".
Larry is Dannielynn's biological dad.

Hopefully the DNA results have been revealed in the Bahamas today and we are waiting for the parties to emerge from the courtroom to find out who is the biological dad of Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl.

Howard K Says He Will Not Fight For Custody
When If on Tuesday it is revealed that Anna Nicole Smith's baby girl was fathered by Larry Birkhead, Howard K Stern says he won't fight for custody but he will do everything he can to keep ANS's mom, Virgie from getting custody of the baby girl.
Tuesday DNA Reveal
TMZ is reporting that it's "All Systems Go" for the reveal of the DNA results of Anna Nicole Smith's baby. The DNA expert from Ohio has booked his ticket to be in court to authenticate his DNA findings. Big Mama Virgie will be there on Tuesday but we're hoping she doesn't cause a hitch. Howard K has been quiet since his appeal was shot down and he got fined $10,000. The rumor that Larry Birkhead has retained an attorney in a wrongful death suit are absolutely false, for now. He doesn't have any legal standing for a wrongful death suit unless he gets custody of the baby.Â
We'll see how it goes on Tuesday.
